Quality
At Filter Machines, quality is of paramount importance. The company conducts
various filtration tests to evaluate filter media meant to sterilize
streams in various industries. We have ingeniously developed a unique
way to measure the capacity of a filter medium. Our quality control
works on four different filtration laws applied to measure the rate
at which the medium looses permeability. We apply those laws to three
different schemes of filtration viz. constant driving pressure, constant
flow and variations in both of them. Our in-house team of experts is on a
constant research to increase the filter capacity with the use of
filter aids like particles and/or fibers added to the feed stream, or
pre-coated on the filer medium. The filter cartridges, filter cloths, and other products of our range can
undertake liquid filtration of particles as small as 0.5 micrometers,
the smallest size that the automatic particle counters can see and
analyze liquids.
